We integrate management consulting, Fortune 500 executive leadership, and executive financial strategy in a single practice. That combination lets us see the whole enterprise — organizational, operational, and financial — and stay accountable from the first assessment through benefits realization.
The name reflects the promise: a fixed point of reference clients can steer by, from current state to future state.

Kathy Harper brings more than 25 years of management consulting and executive advisory experience across federal, state, and local government, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and other complex organizations.
Her representative experience spans enterprise transformation, operating model and organizational design, governance, program and portfolio management, and large-scale workforce integration — including transformations supporting more than 150,000 employees and a $430M acquisition integration.
